1. Listed below are the Terms and Conditions of The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited (The Vanilla Alternative). No alterations or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited (The Vanilla Alternative)
2. The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited (The Vanilla Alternative) reserves the right to make changes to the services and activities advertised for any reason and without notice. The Co. retains the rights to refuse accommodation of participants that are deemed as unsuitable condition. This is in the interests of safety to self and others.The Co. does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal customer property whilst onsite. The Co. does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.
3. The Co. reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final. Your membership can be withdrawn at any time without recompense. Refusal of entry
4. The Co. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or other property of The Co. Any party engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions.
5. For health and safety reasons and to allow for safe management of other customers The Co. reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
6. No refunds or compensation will be payable by The Co. in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to undertake or complete a booking. You agree that if you have a question or concern about the Services, you will contact us first, prior to initiating any legal proceeding. Our customer support team will try to answer your question or resolve your concern.

Terms Of Booking

1. Please read this document carefully before making a booking. The terms and conditions of use of this site relate to bookings made at the Anchor Inn Tempsford Ltd. (The Vanilla Alternative)
2. Overnight Check In/Out All guests can check into their room from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and will be required to check out by 11.30 am on the day of departure.
3. All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Vanilla Alternative sites are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right is reserved todecline bookings. You cannot combine any special offer, rate or promotion on this site with any other special offer, no two special offers can be combined on the same booking. All guests must be of a minimum age of 21.
4. Prices - All prices are in pounds sterling. The prices featured are per room per night unless specified otherwise. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described including VAT.
5. Children - Under no circumstances are children allowed on the premises at any times.
6. We take every care to ensure that at the time of going to print, the details in our literature were accurate regarding the description and information about facilities available or planned to be available. Our photographs are intended for general guidance only. There may be occasions when advertised services or facilities need to be withdrawn temporarily due to repair, adverse weather conditions or other factors out of our control.
7. The hotel is only for event attendees, it is therefore a requirement for an event ticket to be purchased at the time of booking a hotel room.

12. All our bedrooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in one of our bedrooms will incur a charge of £150 which will be added to your bill.
13. For guests who would like to smoke, we have made provision outside the hotel - and although it is not a comfortable lounge, with cosy chairs, we do hope that you will find that the shelter and protection from the elements we have provided for you make this an acceptable solution.
14. Behaviour on our premises

15. You are not permitted to invite or admit onto the premises, anyone that is not registered to attend. If you wish to play in the privacy of your hotel room with a club visitor, feel free to do so, however, for reasons of safety and especially in the case of a fire ALL NON RESIDENTS must be back in the main club prior to closing time without exception or agreement from the management.
16. Although you are welcome to bring with you drinks / food to your hotel room. It is not permitted for you to consume these in the club. Should you be found to be ignoring this rule, a £150 corkage fee will be payable to the Co. and could result in membership being withdrawn.
17. When you have decided to retire to the onsite hotel, please ensure your bar tab is cleared before leaving the club.
18. Should any of the members of your party refuse to or appear to be unable to alter any aspect of behaviour which is unacceptable to us, we reserve the right to terminate the stay of the person(s) involved or all the party.
19. You agree to pay any loss or liability of any kind to us or any other person caused by members of your party. If any damage caused by your party prevents bedrooms or other facilities being used whilst damage is made good, you will be charged for any revenue lost during this period. We advise that you are fully insured against all losses or liabilities.
20. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to property or vehicles belonging to you or your party, however caused. This includes deliveries received by us on your behalf or on behalf of otherparties attending an event.

Question: Do you have parking at the Vanilla Alternative?

Answer: Yes, we have free parking across the site within easy access of the Hotel and Venue.

Question: What are the check-in and check-out times at the Hotel?

Answer: Guests can arrive for Check-in from 5:00 pm and we ask you to check out by 11:30 am on day of
departure.

Question: What are the check-in and check-out times at the Club?

Answer:  The Club opens and closes at the advertised times of each event, advertised on the website.

Shuttle Bus

1. By booking the shuttle bus service you agree to the following;
   a. You agree to be available at the time selected on your booking. The shuttle bus will not wait for you so as not to inconvenience other guests awaiting collection.
2. b. The shuttle bus will pick you up from the hotel you have chosen on your booking. Please make sure that you select the correct hotel carefully, we cannot be held responsible if you give us the wrong location and cannot guarantee that we will be able to come and get you as the shuttle runs on a schedule that, if full, can collect you on the next trip.if a genuine error has been made please do call us and we will try our hardest to amend or rearrange your collection for that date. No recompense will be made for incorrect bookings

1. If the booking includes a return drop off to one of the local hotels listed below. When you are ready to leave the venue. Please pay your bar tab and tell reception that you are booked for a return shuttle. Thereception staff will book you onto the next available shuttle bus.
2. You are not permitted to re-enter the club once you have secured your shuttle bus drop off. If you are
   not available in reception for the return journey, it will be assumed you have secured alternative means
   to your destination. Should you not be available when the shuttle is ready to leave and you are booked
   onto it, we will endeavour to get you onto the next available journey although this may not always be
   possible. No recompense will be made for your disappearance

Application Process

1. All membership applications are reviewed by the management of the venue. You will receive a response within 72 hours maximum. You will be required to either, upload photo ID verification to fully activate your account at the time or bring photo ID with you on your first visit to activate your account fully. If you fail to verify your submitted details your application will be removed from the system without recompense. If you have booked any hotel accommodation or event tickets and fail to verify your details as required, you are at risk of being refused entry and no recompense will be made for this.
2. Should membership be fully subscribed at the time of your application, you will be notified and no charge will be made for registration until a place becomes available.

Right To Refuse

1. We reserve the right to refuse entry at all times or insist you leave if your behaviour or attitude is detrimental to the venue or its staff and visitors.

Prices and Payment

1. The Vanilla Alternative reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time. As much notice as possible will be given should a change in price occur

•  If price changes do occur, existing bookings will not be affected.

2. All payments are taken in GBP £ and are taken under UK governing law.

Refunds and Transfers

1. All bookings are full and final, no transfers or refunds are available unless the Co. has to cancel your
booking for reasons beyond our control. You will receive a full refund. Under these circumstances.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased through the site. You will be emailed a link, to print the gift vouchers off yourself.

Gift Vouchers ("GCs") may be used only for the purchase of eligible products on. GC balances must be used within 2 years of the date of purchase.GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Etiquette & Dresscode

We want everyone to come along and feel valued, respected, welcome and safe. To achieve this we have some club rules that are common sense but worth pointing out.

a. CONSENT IS SEXY. As in any other situation, consent is everything. Do not assume you can touch without invite or agreement with the parties involved. No mean no at any point in time, not maybe or later or only if you can get away with it. Please accept you are not everyone’s cup of tea and a polite refusal has to be accepted with good grace and polite manners.

b. MANNERS COST NOTHING. Should a situation arise that common decencyand manners are ignored and a situation becomes uncomfortable due to someone’s words or behaviour, please notify staff immediately. Verbal or physical abuse is not tolerated ever and will result in removal from the premises and membership being withdrawn without recompense.

c. ASSUMPTION MAKES AN ASS OF YOU. Do not assume just because someone attends the venue they are “up for it” Many people attend for many reasons and have many different preferences which may not match yours. Get chatting and see how things go, you will soon know if you are on the same wave length

d. RESPECT. Everyone deserves this as a right, you, us and everyone else as well as the venue. Should anyone be disrespectful please make the staff aware immediately. Wilful damage or circumvention of the rule that are unbecoming to a happy place to be and a good night our will not be accepted. Respect other people’s choices and personal rules and orientation even if they are not for you, variety is the spice of life.

Please remember you are out to impress. If you turn up in trackies or trainers, or look dishevelled, you will be refused entry. Guys, a nice shirt and trousers or smart jeans with a shirt and tidy shoes are perfectly acceptable. Don’t forget people may see your boxers, so why not treat yourself to some sexy underwear?  If you arrive looking like you have just come from the gym or a building site, it will be a ‘no’ from us as well as other members. In the summer, feel free to wear smart shorts, but not cut-offs or training shorts.

There is nothing more alluring than the smell of fresh skin and pleasant aftershave. Make sure your personal hygiene is as good as you look. If you're wearing your best CKs but stink of BO, guess where you will get… nowhere.

We have showers and lockers at the club so freshen up and be ready for some fun should it arise.

LADIES.
Now is the opportunity to get the man in your life investing in some nice lingerie for you… any excuse girls. Most of the ladies that come along will arrive in a sexy club type dress and many will bring a change of outfit or some nice lingerie to change into as the evening progresses. Feel free to bring as many outfits as you want and really be the peacock.

EVERYONE.
No-one wants to feel like a performing seal, so we insist that when you enter any play space you DRESS LESS. Lingerie, underwear, towels, robes or as naked as Mother Nature intended are all fine with us.  Please remember to bring a towel with you for the hot tub.

We do have condoms available onsite but recommend you bring along your preferred brand.

Please note, no branded sportswear (Nike, Adidas etc) is allowed in the club.

f. The venue is fully licensed you are NOT permitted to bring your own refreshments into the club no matter what. Random bag and locker checks will be carried out without notice, if you are caught with anything you will be asked to leave it in your vehicle or in reception for collection on your way out, refusal or consumption inside the club will result in a corkage fee and being rejected from the premises.

g. We operate a zero drug policy, at all times and reserve the right to inform the police of your details should anything be discovered or reasonable assumption made of contravention.

h. Single Gentlemen. Spaces on any event that welcomes you to the club are limited in number so as to not have an event over run by Guys, this is to maintain a balance that is fair and enjoyable for all.

Should you book a slot for an event and not show up, your ability to pay on the door will be removed and you will in future be required to prepay for events, as taking a limited space and not showing up denies a space to someone else.

i. If someone or a situation leaves you feeling uncomfortable or upset, please come to the bar and speak to the staff, if the situation is delicate and you need to speak to someone in private, please ask for a Vanilla Cocktail. The staff are all trained to handle delicate situations and a process is in place to get you to a safe space to talk and for any issues to be dealt with discretely. The team are here to ensure you can relax and enjoy your night out knowing you are in the safest place to be.

Should you need to have a phone for emergency contact or checking on the kids etc, you are welcome to come to reception and use it. Insurance If you have an accident at the venue and we need to inform our insurance company then we need to pass your booking and account information to our insurance, plus any CCTV footage too. Plus any treatment/action required at the time of the accident. How Long do we Keep the Data for? We keep the account data forever so you can continue to book. However we do anonymise the data as per below:- Bookings we will remove the booking from your account after 22 years and associate it with an anonymous user.  So that we can’t trace the booking back to you. Bookings contain waivers. These waivers will be associated with an Anonymous waiver after 22 years. Waivers will expire for use after 12 months. At this point you can create a new user. In GDPR however you do have rights as an individual that overrule the above. These are outlined below:- Police and Fire/Law Enforcement We may need to share your details if a criminal incident occurs or there is a fire. Accessing your data We recognise our responsibility in looking after your data.
